Hi, I’m Emily, owner of Brick by Brick.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and movement enthusiast dedicated to helping athletes (read: anyone who trains!) to fuel and recover to their full potential, and that includes the mindset that it takes to build a strong foundation.

You know that nutrition is important for fitness or sport, but you’re not really sure why or how that looks. It doesn’t help that the internet and social media are overflowing with quick fixes and fear-based food messages!

Here’s where Brick by Brick Sports Nutrition comes in: I work with athletes, their families, and athlete providers to clarify their values and use science-based, practical strategies to support sustainable fueling not just for a season but for a full athletic career.
